•  Protects against major damage to the real property dwelling from perils arising from rental activities such as a kitchen fire, bathroom water overflow, and other significant events.

 We offer two different types of event insurance policies. You can purchase an event liability policy that covers you for any third-party property damage or third-party bodily injuries that occur on the day of your event and/or you can buy an event cancellation policy that reimburses you for any covered expenses that may arise due to the necessary cancellation of your event.
